Welcome to the online gallery for the BSA's 120th Open Exhibition. 

Many distinguished 20th century artists have exhibited and taken an interest in the Bath Society of Artists including Walter Sickert, John Singer Sargent, P Wilson Steer, Gilbert Spencer, William Scott, Patrick Heron, Mary Feddon, Adrian Heath, and more recently David Inshaw and Peter Randall Page.

Attracting 1,300 entries every year, the Society’s Open exhibition is a highlight of Bath’s cultural calendar, with a fantastic mix of paintings, prints and sculptures in the widest variety of styles.

Packed with colour, innovation and delight, this exhibition has something for everyone. There are 411 artworks on display, including 73 sculptures from both non-members and members as well as three stunning portraits by our invited artist, Stuart Pearson Wright.
